Our production process begins with the filling of the mould with slip, which results in the creation of a casting layer on the mould. We conduct final checks to ensure that joint edges are smooth, dimensions are met, and finishing is proper.

At Bell Sanitarywares, we prioritize quality and durability. We start by testing all raw materials with chemical and physical tests in our advance laboratory. Only qualified raw materials are used to prepare our glaze.
Our glazing process acts as a waterproof and germ protection layer that provides a smooth and hygienic surface with aesthetic appearance and resists the action of chemicals and various atmospheric agents.
We utilize the latest computerized control tunnel and shuttle kiln to produce high-strength, durable, and chemical-resistant products that stand the test of time.

Spotting Flaws, with Expertise
A visual control stage is incorporated into the manufacturing process before packing to enhance the consistency of batches delivered to end-users and identify any production defects.
During this stage, products undergo a thorough inspection — primarily by the human eye — to identify any visible external flaws such as chips, cracks, scratches, holes, pitting, lumps, spots, notches, and glazing defects.
Once the quality tests are completed, the product is ready for packaging. To ensure the product reaches our customers in perfect condition, we use laminated boxes that increase strength and durability.
